Haifa Alnasser is a Manager at Pharos Capital Group, where she leads international healthcare market expansion and investment initiatives.
She focuses on developing market entry strategies, identifying strategic partnerships, and supporting fundraising efforts across the Middle East. Dr. Alnasser also works closely with Pharos’s portfolio companies to tailor operational models and align business strategies with regional healthcare demands.
Prior to joining Pharos, she held the role of Operations Manager at Confluent Health / MOTION PT Group, where she oversaw multi-state operations and led initiatives in M&A integration, internal communications, patient engagement, and financial optimization. Dr. Alnasser began her career in clinical medicine before transitioning into healthcare operations and management, with a focus on scalable service delivery models.
Dr. Alnasser holds an M.D. from King Saud University and a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Health Policy and Management from New York University. She is based in NYC.
