Adam Persiani is the Managing Director of Business Development at Pharos Capital Group. Mr. Persiani is responsible for investment origination and qualification, business development, working with entrepreneurs and management teams to implement operational and growth strategies, and impact reporting.
Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Mr. Persiani served in a similar role with a Dallas based Small Business Investment Company (SBIC) focused in manufacturing and business services. Mr. Persiani began his career as a trading professional in the futures and options markets at the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) and Chicago Mercantile Exchange (CME).
Adam graduated from the University of Illinois with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and holds an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentration in Economics, Finance and Managerial and Organizational Behavior. Mr. Persiani is based out of the firm’s Dallas office.
