Ben Chesnut is a Vice President at Pharos Capital Group. Mr. Chesnut is responsible for evaluating and executing investment opportunities, performing transaction due diligence, and working with management teams to implement operational and growth strategies.
Mr. Chesnut currently works with the firm's investments in Complete Health, Reel FX, Renal Care 360°, Sanderling Renal Services, and THEMA Health Services.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Mr. Chesnut was an Investment Banking Analyst at MHT Partners in Dallas, where he provided M&A transaction execution and advisory services to healthcare and business services companies. Previously, he was an Associate in KPMG’s Audit Practice, serving public clients in the Consumer and Industrial Business sector, and he worked for PTV Healthcare Capital, an Austin-based late-stage venture and growth capital firm focused on medical device and healthcare IT companies. Mr. Chesnut graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with both a BBA and a Masters in Professional Accounting. Ben is based out of the firm’s Dallas office.
