Scottsdale, AZ — June 6, 2026 — Morgan Haynes, Chief Executive Officer of Tribal Health, has received the Ernst & Young LLP (EY US) Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2026 Pacific Southwest Award. Tribal Health is a Pharos Capital Group portfolio company providing clinical management, staffing, and consulting to Tribal nations, rural hospitals, and Indian Health Service facilities.

The award recognizes leaders of high-growth companies across Arizona and Southern California. An independent panel of past winners, chief executives, and business leaders selected this year's fourteen regional winners, judging candidates on long-term value creation, entrepreneurial spirit, purpose-driven commitment, and growth and impact.

The 2026 Pacific Southwest winners are "visionary entrepreneurs transforming their industries and setting new standards for leadership and innovation," said Jon Smith, EY Partner and Pacific Southwest Orange County Program Co-Director.

Tribal Health launched in 2015 to address healthcare disparities in Indian Country, beginning in emergency medicine and practice management. The company has since expanded into pharmacy, dentistry, psychology, and other specialties, and in May 2026 added telepsychiatry to its behavioral health services. Tribal Health is led by Native clinicians and board-certified physicians, and many of its staff come from the communities it serves.

Pacific Southwest winners advance to consideration for the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards, presented in November at the Strategic Growth Forum®. The national overall winner will go on to compete for the EY World Entrepreneur Of The Year™ Award in May 2027. Award winners become lifetime members of a global community of entrepreneurs with access to program alumni in more than 60 countries.

Founded in 1986, Entrepreneur Of The Year has recognized more than 11,000 business leaders in the United States, and the program now runs in nearly 60 countries and territories. The US program comprises 17 regional programs whose independent judging panels select regional winners each June.
