Alice Rhee is the Head of Investor Relations & Social Impact at Pharos Capital Group. Ms. Rhee is responsible for driving the firm’s capital formation strategy in close partnership with the CEO and CIO and cultivating meaningful long-term relationships with investors. She also oversees the storytelling, external communications, and events strategy for the firm.
Prior to joining the firm in 2025, Ms. Rhee was the Chief Communications and Partnerships Officer at the Skoll Foundation where she supervised teams leading the Foundation’s priorities in storytelling, communications, and global convenings including the Skoll World Forum.
She is a veteran journalist, two-time Emmy award winning television producer, and social impact leader who has served as a senior philanthropy executive and nonprofit leader.
She is an experienced nonprofit board member, serving as independent trustee of the Nathan Cummings Foundation and founding board member of Rideback Rise, a nonprofit content accelerator for diverse creatives in Hollywood. It was founded by Dan Lin, current chairman of Film at Netflix.
Alice graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, and the Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism in New York City. She is based in the San Francisco Bay area.
