Kneeland Youngblood has extensive investment experience currently serving as a director of Starwood Hotels and Lodging, the Burger King Corporation, Gap Inc. and Energy Future Holdings Corp. (the $45 billion buyout of TXU). Mr. Youngblood was chairman of the American Beacon Funds, a $30 billion mutual fund company, and worked on the buyout that Pharos did with TPG of American Beacon Advisors, an asset holding company that had $44.7 billion in assets under management as of October 31, 2011. American Beacon Advisors was an investment affiliate of American Airlines. Mr. Youngblood graduated from Princeton University with an A.B in Politics/Science in Human Affairs and earned an M.D. degree from the University of Texas, Southwestern Medical School. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations. Mr. Youngblood is based out of the firm's Dallas office.
